Internal Family Systems and Polyvagal Theory

Through these approaches, we'll gain insights into resolving inner conflicts, and developing a compassionate relationship with both our protective and vulnerable parts. We'll also learn to collaborate with our nervous system, fostering inner peace and harmony instead of resistance and struggle.

Mindfulness, Breathwork, Realization Process Meditation & Embodiment Techniques

Together, we'll nurture self-awareness, harness the transformative power of breath, and ground ourselves deeply in our bodies to embrace the present moment fully. These practices are the necessary, essential foundations for emotional regulation, inner safety, and a profound sense of self-worth and confidence.

Creative Art Techniques

True change and healing go beyond rational thinking. We’ll use simple creative practices to engage your right hemisphere, creating deep, lasting shifts. Through creative art techniques, you’ll tap into new ways to express yourself and heal.

At the heart of this course is our community of women, offering a safe and non-judgmental space where you can freely express yourself, find mirroring and acceptance, and create meaningful relationships with other women.
