Course Overview
- Course Name: In-Powered: 7 Weeks to Self-Compassion, Self-Confidence, and Emotional Balance
- Location: On-site in Lucan, Co. Dublin or Online via Zoom (see schedule below)
- Group Size: Small, intimate group of 4-7 women
What to Expect
- Live Weekly Calls: Each week, we’ll have a live 90-minute call (in person or on Zoom)
- Access to Recordings: You’ll have one year of access to all the session recordings.
- Pre-Recorded Meditations and Workbooks: Enjoy audio recordings of mindfulness and embodiment practices, along with creative workbooks that will allow you to connect to your body and emotions.
- Amazing Community: Join a supportive network of like-minded women to build friendships and support each other.

What We Will Focus On
Week 1: Finding Nourishment Within - Grounding and Body Awareness
- Reconnect with yourself and tap into your deep inner resources.
- Learn grounding techniques to anchor yourself in the present moment.
- Enhance your connection with your body to foster a sense of stability and presence.
Week 3: All Parts Are Welcome - Finding Inner Peace
- Understand your protective and vulnerable parts and how they are all trying to help you.
- Resolve inner conflicts and create harmony within.
- Discover your Inner Leader, the wise part of you that can guide you through any challenges.
Week 5: Befriending the Emotions of Others
- Learn what is your responsibility and what is beyond your control in relationships.
- Discover how to feel safe when others get emotional, maintaining your own calm and balance.
- Set healthy emotional boundaries even if you are highly empathetic and sensitive.
Week 2: Inhabiting the Body - Finding Inner Safety
- Find an anchor in your physical body that can support you through any life storm.
- Identify, understand, and resolve negative self-talk, befriending your inner critic.
- Learn practical techniques to cultivate self-compassion and inner safety.
Week 4: Befriending Your Own Emotions
- Understand the wisdom and messages behind your emotions.
- Learn tools to stay in charge of your emotions and respond rather than react.
- Overcome recurrent negative patterns of reacting and build emotional resilience.
Week 6: Setting Boundaries and Saying No
- Understand the fears that stop you from setting boundaries the way you want to.
- Develop the confidence to assert your needs and desires clearly and respectfully.
- Practice saying no without guilt, ensuring your well-being is prioritized.
Week 7: Embracing In-Powerment
- Integrate all the skills learned to feel In-powered and in charge of your life.
- Create a personal action plan for continued growth and self-expression.
- Embrace your newfound sense of empowerment, ready to tackle future challenges with confidence and ease.

Creative Art Techniques
True change and healing go beyond rational thinking. We’ll use simple creative practices to engage your right hemisphere, creating deep, lasting shifts. Through creative art techniques, you’ll tap into new ways to express yourself and heal.
